The new Visplay Showroom in Weil am Rhein
After extensive renovation which included the walls, floor and ceiling as well as the reception area, the Visplay Showroom reopened in July 2011.
All of the 9 new systems and new merchandise support ranges from 2011 are now displayed along with many other successful Visplay systems.
The large showroom with its 400 m2 is structured by 21 impressive system panels. They are used to demonstrate how retail areas can be attractively and creatively designed using Visplay systems and how product lines can be given a sales-boosting display. The room is divided according to system types: single point support systems, surface supports systems, vertical and horizontal support systems are each grouped together in order to highlight their features and characteristics and demonstrate differences. Different mid-floor solutions round-off the respective panel display. A short product description is fixed to each structure using sign holders from Visplay’s "Label" range.
A partitioning frame structure creates a clear separation from the central aisle and large conference area at the side of the showroom. The same frame elements are also used as a ceiling over the smaller meeting area. They support the coloured pendant lamps (lighting: Ansorg) and accentuate this central communication area.
The colour concept matches the new Visplay finishes: dark chrome, dark silk and sterling silver. A warm grey, hard flooring with a matt finish was selected to match.
Panels with illuminated shelves (Invisible 6 P/L) and sign holders with lighting (Label Light) are a particular attraction – as is the Grid 50 panel with background lighting which is the showroom’s central eye-catching feature.
