Have you successfully graduated from college or university? We are always looking for young junior members of staff to strengthen our company team. The trainee programmes serve as a starting point for a career in our international company. Over a period of 12 months you are given the possibility of working on projects in different branches and are thus in a position to put your theoretical knowledge into practice. The training periods in the different departments and national branches will always be supplemented by periods of work in "your" field of concentration.

It is possible to join as a trainee in the following branches:

Business Development
You will be responsible for maintaining customer relations at a very high level, expanding on these relations and developing them into a long-term partnership.

Supply Chain Management
A professional supply chain management is an important feature of our business. This includes acquiring and developing sources of supply as well as guaranteeing an efficient goods flow.

Design
In our customer-orientated company, the design department is sales-orientated. Top priority is given to the technical realization of our customers' requests.

Finance & Cost control
You will employ the tools of a modern, service-orientated financial and cost control system to support the operating functions of the company.

Information Technology
We use the latest information technology in the field of ERP (SAP-R/3), CAD/EDM, back-office and telecommunications when dealing with our business transactions.
